Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.

📦 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@colstercap.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging. We'll get it resolved ASAP.
